The group's principal activity is to acquire and manage books of reinsurance business from the international markets. The group operates through its partially owned equity affiliates, castlewood holdings limited and b.h. Acquisition limited and their subsidiaries. The group is also looking for one or more additional operating businesses which meet the group's acquisition criteria.
